We have been tracking our statistics for several years, but this program adds additional valid data and meaning to our stats by graphically showing where the stat falls in relation to the practice. Did it meet the bottom line criteria? How far was it from the potential?
Another very helpful aspect is that because it is web based and saved on the cloud, others can have access to the program from where ever they are working. For example my Patient Care Coordinator can track our referral relationships while my Office Manager tracks our Patient Visits and Collections, and I can analyze data from where ever I am at any time.
Now that I have access to this kind of data, I can't imagine managing my practice without it. One really needs to take a look at the wonderful information available on the OMS to appreciate it. I am very happy that I made the purchase.
